Titre de la thèse : Traitement de l’insomnie: une approche centrée sur le patient

I am currently completing my postdoctoral research fellowship under the supervison of Professor Charles Morin. The proposed postdoctoral research program will reveal what patients with insomnia prioritize in their treatment decisions. Work is currently underway to integrate a treatment decision-making framework into primary care practice to optimise the management of insomnia. It is envisaged that the research findings will bring about improved quality and efficiency of insomnia care and expand the scope and application of Patient Centered Care (PCC) within sleep medicine.
